Aitch, a writer/director who was born and raised in Miami, Florida, is currently writing on DUSTER, a 1970s-set crime drama series from J.J. Abrams and  LaToya Morgan for HBO Max and Warner Brothers TV. She has also served as a writer on AppleTV+'s BAFTA, Film Independent Nominated, and Television Academy honored anthology series LITTLE AMERICA from Alan Yang, Kumail Nanjiani, and Emily V. Gordon. Aitch has also adapted the award-winning young adult novel ARISTOTLE AND DANTE DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF THE UNIVERSE, which she is also set to direct. In addition to her television and feature work, Aitch is also developing an autobiographical original series. She is also developing the spy series DOGFIGHT at Endeavor Content and additionally an animated series with Aida Rodriguez and ITV Studios. 

Aitch is a Sundance Episodic Lab fellow, recipient of a Skowhegan Artist Residency, a  Yaddo fellowship, a Latino Screenwriting Project Fellowship, and an alumnus of the  Outfest Screenwriting Lab. For the stage, Aitch has written, directed, and produced theater working with Casa0101, Queer Classics, Bank Street Theatre in a GLAAD nominated production House of Mayhem and the Blank Theatre Ovation nominated PETER PAN: THE BOY WHO HATED MOTHERS. She also wrote I HATE THIS ABOUT ME a modern-day book of affirmations interweaved with personal narratives and reflections, published by GenderFail. 

She has been featured in Huffington Post, Out Magazine, Towleroad, We Are Mitu, and ́ included on The Black List's inaugural Latinx List, as well as the Tracking Board's 2019  Hit List and Young & Hungry List, and NALIP's list of "Latinx Directors You Should Know."
